What it costs to move a 8×12 shed
For a 8×12 floor, a local road move under 25 miles is $550–$1,100. The same building across its own yard is $350–$800. A haul of 25 to 100 miles is $750–$1,800, 100 to 300 miles is $1,200–$3,200, and shed transport over 300 miles is $2,200–$6,500. These are planning ranges, not a quote. The hauler sets the price after they see the access, the route, and the condition.
This floor is 96 square feet, so it shares a planning band with a 10×12. The haul is not the same. An 8-foot floor is more likely to travel as a legal-width load than a 10-foot floor, if the overhang cooperates. The band does not know your road.
What changes the price from here
A permit, a pilot car, a tight gate, soft ground, and a building that is rotten or still full of furniture can still land outside the mile band. A crane, a two-piece building, or a new pad is extra. Put those facts in the request so the hauler does not price a different job than the one you have.

Shed Movers does not move the shed or set the price. A planning range is not a quote. The hauler quotes the job, does the work, and is paid by you.
